At Theodo, you can progress quickly. You are supported by an internal coach who helps you structure your goals and track your development. You also benefit from the Theodo Academy, with 2 to 3 sessions per week focused on tech, product, project management, and leadership. The goal: to learn something new every week and grow into an expert who can, in turn, pass on their knowledge.
Our Lean Tech approach structures our projects around a simple idea: doing better, faster, without wasting energy. You’ll learn how to identify root causes, experiment quickly, and share your learnings.

Theodo allocates each Theodoer a budget to spend on equipment that enhances productivity and workplace comfort. This budget can also be used to support technology watch and continuous learning.
Each Theodoer is supported by an internal coach whose goal is to help you in your day-to-day work and discuss career objectives through weekly coaching sessions.
The Works Councils (CSE) across Theodo entities provide access to a range of benefits, such as Gymlib for fitness classes, Kiosk for discounts at various retailers, and access to the Leeto platform.
Pronounced “assakaï”, it means “morning meeting” in Japanese. It is the Monday morning team meeting bringing together all Theodoers, during which leadership shares Theodo’s weekly updates.
These training sessions, organized several times a week by Theodoers, allow everyone to build skills across a wide range of topics (Product, Tech, etc.). Each week, real client case studies are presented.
These two key moments punctuate the year and create convivial opportunities to reconnect and celebrate the achievements of the past six months. They also offer leadership a privileged opportunity to reflect on upcoming objectives and key milestones for the company.
Once a year, Theodoers come together for a weekend of activities in a surprise destination (Amsterdam, Brussels, Avignon, Biarritz, etc.). It’s a chance to reconnect and share a convivial moment in a refreshing environment.
