20% d'augmentation des performances commerciales grâce à un moteur de recommandation

Contexte

Nous avons accompagné Beauvallet, PME française de production et distribution de viande pour les restaurateurs, dans sa stratégie d’augmentation de son chiffre d'affaires, grâce à la création d’un moteur de recommandation permettant aux télévendeurs d’augmenter le volume des commandes quotidiennes à l’aide de recommandation de produits similaires.

Le challenge

Pour mener à bien la création de ce moteur de recommandation, il a été nécessaire de rajouter des règles métiers afin de modéliser les envies et besoin des clients finaux.

Pour cela, la construction du système de recommandation end-to-end comprend la récupération et le nettoyage des données ainsi que l'affichage des résultats de l'algorithme sur une plateforme web. Le réentraînement du modèle est automatisé. De plus, il y a une itération sur les règles métiers les plus pertinentes.

La solution

Pour faciliter le travail des télévendeurs, nos équipes ont développé un moteur de recommandation ALS avec la création d’une matrice des produits permettant à l’algorithme de créer un système de scoring des produits afin de proposer un produit auquel le client n’aurait pas pensé de lui-même.

Le modèle a été mis en production et l’ensemble des télévendeurs utilisent l’algorithme au quotidien.
