Korner: A GenAI assistant delivered in 12 weeks to simplify hotel management and accelerate fundraising

Creation, Industrialization and Integration of a GenAI assistant within an internal CMS.

Context

Korner is the first hotel group to adopt decentralized management. Each hotel is managed by a single manager, the host, who ensures the smooth running of the hotel. He is supported by a management team that relieves him of the administrative work. Regularly, the host changes hotels, which requires easy and quick access to essential information without hurting the effectiveness of his mission.

Recognizing that this difficulty is a barrier to scalability and frightens investors, Korner Hotels called on Theodo to create a GenAI agent to easily access information and improve operational efficiency.

Challenges

  • Deploy a solution that can be industrialized in just three months, in order to respect the constraints of the fundraising roadshow.
  • Manage the dispersion of information between multiple sources: Slack, Notion, MyKorner, Airtable, Xano and WeWeb.
