Context
French leader in online savings, Yomoni aims for €1 billion in AUM by 2023. Growth must now come from a central driver: mobile engagement, engine for scheduled and recurring payments.
However, the mobile experience is non-existent: only web paths are available, which are poorly adapted to current uses.
The application then becomes a strategic challenge for:
- Create a daily point of contact with customers
- Encourage recurring investment behaviors
- Connect to a rich technical environment: Salesforce, datalake, internal APIs
The launch had to be quick to capture market growth and build a solid foundation for the coming years.
