Fintech from the BNP Paribas Personal Finance group, Floa aims to become the European reference for BNPL.
To support this ambition, the brand needed to:

  • speed up distribution of its offers (Coup de Pouce, Credit Line, FloaPay),
  • simplify integration by partners like ConnectOne, PPro or Stripe,
  • drastically reduce the integration lead time on the merchant side and PSP.

The project is part of a technological scaling strategy aimed at:

  • Reduce by 5 the integration time of the APIs,
  • Increase upsell credit by 20% under 18 months.

Challenges

  • Integrate systems with very different standards (Floa, ConnectOne, Pro).
  • Dealing with APIs sometimes unstable or poorly documented.
  • Design a single connector capable of addressing several use cases (creation, capture, cancellation, refund).
