Worklife: launch 3 strategic offers in 4 months to accelerate monetization and prepare for scale-up

Transformation of an MVP into a structuring product, multi-provider integration and back-office automation to support Worklife's growth.

Worklife, a La Fabriq by CA startup, aims to become the leader in employee well-being in France. To support its growth, the company needed to:

  • drastically reduce the operational costs associated with the validation of expenses,
  • Tossing An offer dedicated to CSEs (market: €5 billion),
  • Expand its offer of Virtual cards compatible with multi-providers (Stripe, Adyen).

Objective: Be ready for the start of the 2025 school year, a key commercial moment

The challenges:

  • Ultra-short delay : deliver 3 critical features in 16 weeks.
  • Scalability : absorb >10k expenses/month.
  • Technical complexity : OCR + AI, multi-provider abstraction, roles & permissions, cross-functional IS impact.
  • External dependencies : providers, internal teams, changing roadmaps.

Our approach

A Theodo Fintech expert team (1 PM, 1 TL, 2 devs) was mobilized in a pull and flow to frame, design and deliver the three features.

Right-First-Time

Each feature has been framed with a strict “target cost”, guaranteeing fast and robust delivery.

Just-in-Time Delivery

Progressive deliveries allowing continuous validation and rapid pivots.
