Context
In 2019, a major telecommunications player launched the first 100% digital Moroccan mobile telephony offer, which allows its customers to activate and manage their package without going to a branch.
In a context of increased competition and in the face of an uncontrolled growth in technical anomalies, the customer calls on Theodo to resume the maintenance of its digital products while ensuring their development.

Challenges
- Achieving reversibility in 6 weeks, by handling 200,000 lines of code on Android, iOS and Java Vue.js Web applications.
- Support 1.5M active users, support the annual growth of the platform (+20%) and absorb peak loads (up to 10,000 simultaneous users)
- Maintain 10+ user journeys while developing 15 new paths per year
