Context
Patients with chronic wounds heal on average in 210 days. The Healico application allows health professionals to monitor chronic wounds and choose the appropriate bandages. For 5 years, Theodo has been developing Healico for Urgo. In a delicate context with the former outsourcer, we set up an HDS infrastructure that we have been maintaining for +3 years.

Challenges
- Reversibility: Perform a flash migration in 2 days to free yourself from the old outsourcer
- International deployment: Allow the customer to easily re-instantiate the code to deploy the application in other countries
- Health Data Warehouse: Maintaining an HDS infrastructure while giving the customer control over their infrastructure
Our approach
Theodo experts accompanied the Urgo teams. What made the difference:
Reversibility
Using the Amazon ECS Copilot Deployment Tool to Accelerate Migration
International deployment
Use of quality standards and write modular and easily re-instantiated code
Health data warehouse
Implementation of the “remote debug” approach, proactive audits every 3 months and a remediation plan, improvement of health data security (documentation, personal accounts, traceability of infrastructure changes, etc.)
