Moniwan, a subsidiary of La Française AM, is a pioneer in the online distribution of SCPIs and OPCIs, with more than 30,000 customers and €1.7 billion in assets under management in 2021.
In a market where uses are becoming resolutely mobile-first, management wants to take a strategic step forward: launch a mobile application for:
- Retain existing customers through a seamless and modern experience
- Attracting a new generation of digital investors
- Strengthen your position in a highly regulated financial ecosystem
The app had to be integrated into La Française's secure environment, while respecting all regulatory standards (compliance, pentest, IS security).
Challenges
- Define the right product strategy : engaging existing customers or targeting a new segment of investors
- Prioritize features to maximize business impact (net inflows, recurrence)
- Deliver a mobile V1 in 3 months, despite the strong dependencies on La Française's IT
