Lean Tech

Deploy ingenuity at scale by helping organisations adopt a more agile culture with Lean Tech

We help our customers improve the performance of their tech organization by identifying the root causes of dysfunctions, by aligning strategy, architecture and operations, while strengthening the skills of internal teams.

Your main challenges

Increasing pressure on the profitability of IT and the performance of tech projects

IT departments are increasingly perceived as cost centers. 76% of CIOs believe that agile approaches have not improved productivity at scale (Digital.ai, State of Agile Report, 2023). This inefficiency is becoming critical in a context of economic downturn and fiscal tension. It results in oversized, poorly structured IT projects, and without a concrete impact on business results — as illustrated by the fiasco of the national police's XPN software, unusable after more than €250 million invested (Le Monde, 2025).

A need for flexibility in the face of increasing technological complexity and AI

The arrival of AI is accelerating technological transformations, but the majority of businesses are not ready. 74% are struggling to realize the value of their AI projects, due to a lack of alignment between strategy, architecture and execution (BCG x MIT, 2024). This lag slows down the implementation of innovative solutions, creates silos between business and tech teams, and exposes them to investments at a loss. In France, only 10% of companies with more than 10 employees adopted AI in 2024 (INSEE), revealing a strategic gap in a critical area for competitiveness.

A decrease in team engagement

Transformation projects often fail to involve employees. 89% of managers consider team engagement to be key, but only 34% believe that their employees are really on board (McKinsey, 2023). This divide weakens the impact of transformations, hampers continuous improvement, and creates a risk of rejection or organizational inertia. Without increasing skills or close cooperation between tech and professions, companies are struggling to keep up with changes in the long term.

Our approach
