The radar analyzes 40 technological innovations, organized into four major domains: User Experience & Interface, Data & AI, Platform & Core, and Trust & Security.
Each innovation is positioned according to four levels of adoption:
▸ Adopt, for proven technologies;
▸ Trial, for those to experiment with;
▸ Assess, for those to monitor;
▸ Hold, for those to avoid or remove from the roadmap at this stage.
The study draws on responses from 83 fintechs, collected from CTOs and VP Engineering, to ground the recommendations in real-world use, production feedback, and concrete technical choices.
For each topic, Theodo experts provide an operational analysis: implementation complexity, conditions for scaling, risks, architecture choices, ecosystem maturity, and observed business value.
